Below is a link to download the book: Liberalism: A Criticism of its Basic Principles and Divers Forms by Cardinal Billot. It has the imprimatur.
The year is 1922, so it is in the public domain.
I apologize in advance for the quality of some of the pages. Unfortunately, the book was from a library and the binding was thick, so it did not lay flat on the scanner. I believe that if one tries hard enough to read, everything is legible. If anyone has the time, it would be good if someone created a typewritten version. I would post it with any desired attribution.
There is another book which I have come across. It is the oldest so far (1887 A.D.).
